World of Chocolate is This Thursday! DO YOU HAVE YOUR TICKETS?

Center on Halsted and the AIDS Community Research Initiative of America want to hear from you!
The Center on Halsted and AIDS Community Research Initiative of America (ACRIA) survey has begun.
The purpose of the survey is to collect data on the health and psychosocial needs of LGBT older adults, especially those aging with HIV, who live in Chicago.
Researchers suggests LGBT older adults are more likely to rely on friends and family of choice than on more traditional caregivers such as family members and children.

Come and meet one of the most innovative chocolatiers of all time. Fritz Knipschildt, a native of Denmark, moved to the USA in 1996 and founded Knipschildt Chocolatier LLC in 1999 and café Chocopologie in 2005. His European background, the formal education as a Chef in Denmark along with his training in France and Spain, have blended with his American experiences to influence his chocolate and confections.
