Ahead of Valentine's Day, clad in pink knit skull caps, volunteers handed out "Love the One You're With" condom kits to passer

Timed to coincide with National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (February 7th, 2009), the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) is launching a new public awareness campaign designed to educate African-Americans about the innumerable ways in which they can bring an end to the epidemic.

This week, the bloggers over at AIDS.gov featured a story about how AIDS service organizations can use photo sharing sites to promote their events, and as a tool to respond to HIV/AIDS issues. The AIDS Foundation of Chicago was highlighted for their use of Flickr. Read more at http://blog.aids.gov/.
