1000 Ft Ban Negates Historic Overturn of Needle Exchange Funding

With the 1000 foot restriction, no Illinois Needle Exchange Program would be eligible for federal funding.
This site (left) is one of many sites that would not be eligible for federal funding with the 1000 foot restriction.  This site is within 1000 feet of two day care centers.
Any Needle Exchange Programs within 1000 feet of these locations (below) would not be eligible for federal funding.
