Are you trans? Gender non-conforming? Genderqueer? We need your help!

The AIDS Foundation of Chicago, as an advocate and ally of the transgender community, is committed to finding solutions to many of the unique issues that members of the community face on a daily basis. In fact, AFC’s 2012 Strategic Plan will give a particular focus to the specific needs of transgender/gender non-conforming individuals in the Chicago area.

To accomplish this mission, AFC is asking members of the transgender/gender non-conforming communities to take a brief survey. In addition to using the results to inform our 2012 Strategic Plan, AFC plans to develop Chicago-specific fact sheets on transgender discrimination and health issues. We will use these in community presentations, outreach, and lobbying efforts.
