Help AFC Build a Policy Turducken this Thanksgiving

Turducken is a Thanksgiving turkey stuffed with duck and chicken - all the best of all meats rolled into one fantabulous tasting meal.

AFC is building its own policy turducken of sorts this Thanksgiving, and we need your help! Our new three-year strategic plan will roll your most pressing HIV/AIDS issues and solutions into one document which will guide our work.  This concoction will be seasoned with yummy things like social justice, new prevention technologies, expanded health care access and linkage to care and services, but it's a communal creation, so add your ingredients (opinions) now. And since it's the holidays, we've extended the deadline to Monday, December 5, 2011.
