Secure the Future of the CORE Center, Stroger Hospital and the County Health System for People with HIV! Speak out!
Cook County Health and Hospitals System (CCHHS) is the parent organization for the CORE Center, the largest provider of HIV medical care in Cook County, and the lynchpin of the HIV care system in Illinois. CCHHS is doing a series of town hall meetings to get feedback from County residents about the County healthcare system. They will use this input as the Board of Directors develops their strategic plan.
Information is below on three upcoming meetings. It's imperative that the county receive feedback from folks that use their services and this is a big opportunity for people to speak directly to the CEO and other officials regarding what they like, don't like, and would like to see from the county health system. If you want to give written testimony please provide 15 copies. All oral testimony is limited to 3 minutes. ARRIVE EARLY! Call Call 312.864-1233 to RSVP for all meetings.
