The Chicago Female Condom Campaign* is surveying area agencies to learn about their purchasing and distribution of female condoms. We are particularly looking for feedback from HIV/AIDS, sexual health, and family planning programs, clinics, and agencies. Your participation in the survey will help the Campaign assess Chicagoans' access to female condoms and develop a strategy to improve greater availability of this safe and effective HIV, STD, and pregnancy prevention tool.
