The Advocacy/Policy Committee invites you to attend a special meeting with Mildred Williamson, Chief, HIV/AIDS Section, Illinois Department of Public Health, who will provide an update on increased demand for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and the impact on FY 10 grants to community-based programs.  AFC staff will follow by leading a discussion on the state budget and what the community can do to prevent a more serious budget crisis next year.
