Reflections of Our Youth: Fighting AIDS Epidemic at Home

Thirty-four percent of new HIV infections are among young people ages 13 to 29. In honor of World AIDS Day, youth and young professionals under age 30 are invited to a film screening, discussion, and call to action on HIV/AIDS in Chicago.
Join the Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health in distributing free condoms in the Chicago Loop and watching Reflections, a short film written by 17-year-old Keyana Ray of Maywood, Illinois about three best friends who learn to take the risk of HIV/AIDS seriously as they navigate romantic relationships in an urban environment mired in economic strife, drugs, and limited options.
Event is free and wheelchair accessible. Light refreshments will be provided. RSVP online.
